FINALLY!

Gosh how exciting - we finally have internet in our flat! Hoorah!
And to celebrate, I'm now going away for a week with my work, training! You might wonder why I even bother with this website, it's all so ancient! I need to do the links page, and I need to put up photo pages of my latest finished projects (which you've all seen anyway, Colleen in Magknits and Blackberry in Knitty), and put them on my patterns page. Maybe I'll have a chance this weekend before I go away - I hope so anyway!
Thanks so much to everyone for all the comments on Blackberry, and the nice emails - although I've managed to reply to all those I think. They make me happy, and make up for the fact that some other people have been pretty mean about me online recently.
It's a good job I've been off the internet really - I've been doing mostly boring secret knitting (boring for you cos you can't see it!), but that's nearly done now, and so I'll be finishing off Gemma, making some things from the latest Rowan mag, and making my dad a jumper for christmas, so come back soon and I promise there will be things to see!

I'm not sure if the new knitty came out today or yesterday, as yesterday I was in bed throwing up with a migraine, but I was OF COURSE excited to see it today, and see my pattern in it!
I'm dead impressed with Arisaig as well, it's really cute and the photos are lovely. Here's a link to mine though! BLACKBERRY!. I think it's a very good issue. With that and the new magknits as well there's certainly no shortage of ace free patterns about at the moment.
Well, back to doing a trial balance!!

RUBBISH

Thanks to everyone for commenting - I'd really like to go and read everyone's blogs and email you all but I just don't have the time!! Well I do have the time, but not enough time with the internet more accurate. We're having real trouble getting internet in our new flat, because we don't own it the landlord has to sign forms to say it's ok, and either he's forgotten to do it or they got lost in the post! Either way nothing is happening, and we're going round to see him later to chase him up - it's REALLY getting on my nerves now! I'm paying for this website and not even able to use it!!
And it will have to be text only posts, because I can only get on the internet at work (I started a week ago!), and I can't put my photos on the work laptop! aaargh.
So I expect some of you have seen my pattern in the new Magknits, I will one day put some more photos of it on this site :)
I am not getting much time to be crafty at the moment, but I will have to soon as there are dealines to be met! I like a lot of the stuff in the new Rowan (haha it's hardly new any more), and as soon as I get my first paycheck there will definitely be yarn bought :)
Well, back to work now! I really miss this blogging thing.....
