As I didn't do anything for the last week or so, I'm still working on the pink silk bag - but it's pretty quick to knit. I want it to look something like this:
My drawing skills are a bit rubbish but I think you get the idea! The flower on the strap holds the strap closed so you have a little hand hold on it - it's only a little evening bag.
Here it is so far! One side and a rose, although the flash made the rose not as visible as it is in real life:
Onto the next side! I love knitting with silk! It's so LUXURY!

just wanted to say hello. i have been meaning to check out your blog for awhile, but you know how things go sometimes.
i just finished blackberry a week or two ago and i just love it! i used big wool and ran out not realizing that you used chunky print instead of biggy print(which i believe has the same guage as big wool).

Very cute looking bag :D I've just finished a OSW made of hipknits silk in pinks (for pink day at work this Friday) and it is just lovely to knit with. Don't you just wish you could knit with silk all the time now? Yum...
