Hello!  I'm back!

We had a fantastic trip all over Eastern Europe - we visited Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary and Austria.  I might get some photos up some time (for me, I know you guys are only interested in the knitting!), but I remember saying the same thing last year and there are still no holiday snaps.....never mind!

What else?  I knitted for 5 weeks on my project with Carolyn, and got about 2/3 of the way through.  The pattern is wrong about the yarn requirements though, so I don't have enough to finish....and I bought the yarn ages ago (and in London!) so who knows if I'll be able to get another matching ball.  This scares me a bit.....I spent ages on the thing!

I am now knitting my Magknits project, which is fluffy and lovely and that's probably all I can say without giving the game away!  It's a quick knit - I'm already almost half way through and I only started on Friday afternoon.

I had plans to finish the things I've got going, but they're mostly summery projects and so aren't too inspiring at the moment.  I like the new Rowan to look at, but for the first time since I started buying the magazine I can't see myself making a single thing in it!  So I think I'll be starting MORE new things!  Anyway, here is a summary list of what's going on right now:

Magknits project - quick knit, and loving it

Legwarmers - being re-knit (should be speedy)

Giotto summer tank - might start it again, but not for a while

Soul - half done, quite want to finish it soon

Knee High socks - one finished, one started, I want to wear these!

Slash neck jumper, Bonbon, Blue socks - all stalled, hopefully not forever

Anyway, I really want to catch up on all the other blogs, so I'll be doing that today and tomorrow.
