Fingerless Mittens become gloves!
Here are mitten/fingerless gloves I made for my past flatmate Alison. It was pointed out to me that they actually have fingers - just not fingertips! These were made sort of using the pattern for Broad Street Mittens, from Knitty. I used the pattern for all the techniques (like the thumb gusset, how to join on the mitten part etc) but I changed all the amounts of stitches and the tension.
